On september 27th 2013 will PYRAMIDO release their third fullength album named "Saga" PYRAMIDO formed in the summer of 2006 and became a fully functional band about a year later. Since then PYRAMIDO has done numerous tours and released a bunch of records.
Although ultra heavy, Saga is best described as an album full of melodies and harmonies that scratches you here and tickles you there, it´s a recorded evidence of the epiphany that struck PYRAMIDO when they discovered that they have two guitarists who don´t necessarily need to play the same riff at the same time. You should never, ever put a label on a band, but hey, it has to be done. Saga is an instantly bangable, boogified hardcore LP, full of loveable melodies that are better described as a warm hug rather than a punch in the face.

PYRAMIDO hails from Malmö in the south of Sweden. Dan Hedlund and Viktor Forss started jamming around the summer of 2006 as an excuse to get away from the daily grind and celebrate slow riffs. Some months later songs started taking shape and the thought of Pyramido became more serious. In the fall of 2007 they asked their friends Henrik Wendel and Ronnie Källback to join on bass and screams/vocals. After a few rehersals, studiotime was booked, and after a weekend in November Pyramido's first demo saw daylight in early December 2007. Dan Bengtsson became the new bass player in March 2009 and Henrik Wendel switched from bass to guitar. Since then PYRAMIDO have shared stage with bands like NASUM, BLACK BREATH, VICTIMS, EYEHATEGOD, GRAVEYARD, LOCK UP, GADGET, SAVIOURS, DANAVA and loads of other on stages around Europe.
