ASTRALBORNE Etenity's End

Astralborne is a melodic death metal trio from Toledo, Ohio, formed in 2018. Their debut album, Eternity’s End, was originally self‑released in November 2019 but is now receiving worldwide distribution through Prosthetic Records. Some may argue that Astralborne isn’t reinventing the genre, and while that may be true, sheer quality is impossible to overlook. In fact, Eternity’s End is one of the strongest melodic death metal albums I’ve encountered in quite some time.

The vocals lean into deep, resonant growls, exactly the kind of delivery that suits this style and perfectly matched to the band’s material. The musicianship is tight and energetic, with guitars that radiate momentum whether they’re driving riffs, soaring harmonies, or expressive lead passages. The guitar work, in particular, stands out as a major highlight.

Every track delivers premium‑grade melodic death metal, arranged with care and supported by a powerful, clear production that allows the finer details to shine. The result is an album that feels both polished and passionate, and it has quickly become the most‑played record in my home.
