EDEN'S CURSE Symphony Of Sin

The multinational melodic metal act Eden’s Curse is back with their fourth studio album, introducing the new line-up featuring newcomers Nikola Mijic on vocals and former Dragonforce and Powerquest keyboarder Steve Williams alongside the three founding members Paul Logue, Thorsten Koehne and Pete Newdeck. Musically Eden’s Curse is still operating in the landscape between melodic hard rock and metal, focusing on strong and catchy melodies wrapped into a powerful sound. In my opinion ‘Symphony of Sin’ is the bands most consistent and best effort to date, simply due to the fact that the song material in total is stronger than on their previous albums. New singer Nikola Mijic does an excellent job replacing Michael Eden while Thorsten Koehne as always delivers great and tasteful guitarwork.
