SCORCHED Ecliptic Butchery

Delaware, US based death metal outfit is by no means genre defining with their second full length effort, but if you´re into well produced, straight forward death metal this is certainly an album worth checking out anyway. Their style is obviously inspired by the mid 90´s US death metal scene, but it comes with an updated and organic production that suits the music perfectly. Tempo vice material varies from full speed ahead to more or less pure doom metal, with Matt Kapa´s cellar deep growls on top on hard riffing guitars and pumping bass. All nine songs are great quality and that´s just about it I guess, get ready for some real, no bullshit, horror inspired death metal.
