VOMITILE Mastering The Art Of Killing

Vomitile is a Cyprus-based death metal band, they were formed in 2007 and released their debut album, ‘Igniting Chaos’, three years later. Now the guys are back with the follow up to their debut and I’m sure that ‘Mastering the art of killing’ will be well received by fans of the genre. The music is basically straight forward old school death metal with a few melodic and technical hints, it’s all well composed and performed even though most of the material is spun around well known riffs and ideas. But at the end of the day it all comes down to the quality of the song material, and the songs on ‘Mastering the art of killing’ are all of solid quality. Another thing I do like about this album is the growling vocals that fits the music perfectly. As I’ve already mentioned the music is old school inspired but still the production sounds organic and quite up to date. Check out this one if you like pure and honest death metal.
