FULCI band

Today, fast-rising Italian death metal force FULCI premiere their new video for "Apocalypse Zombie" at Slam Worldwide. The clip is streaming now below:

The clip was shot by Salvatore Delle Femmine during the release party for the band's last album, "Tropical Sun" (Time To Kill Records), in Milan.

Recently FULCI also premiered the new single "Death by Metal", featuring famous Italian rapper Metal Carter. Watch the video below:

"Tropical Sun", the band's latest studio album, is a concept album based on the cult movie "Zombi 2" (1979), one of the masterpieces of legendary director Lucio Fulci. The film tells the story of a Caribbean island cursed by voodoo, whose dead residents rise as zombies to attack the living.

"One of the 50 bands from the past 10 years who’ve kept death alive and well". - Kerrang

"Tropical Sun is an absolute blast from start to finish, providing enough brutality, riffs, and gore-soaked death metal (with one or two hints of the melodic) that should please any metalhead gorehound". - Indy Metal Vault

"Vocalist Fiore brings his deep, horrid roar into the mayhem, while his bandmates Dome and Klem eject bursts of braying melody and pile-driving, neck-wrecking groove". - No Clean Singing

"Superb entertainment for the whole family (assuming you're the family from "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"), "Tropical Sun" is just the vacation we blood-hounds need right now". - Blabbermouth

"It’s solid slam death, it has a great theme (classic horror from Lucio Fulci), it has amazing guitars". - Brutalism

A nice record that any fan of old-school horror and New York-styled Slam with modern production would like”. - Metal Temple
