In This Hell is a German extreme metal band from Coburg, Bavaria, combining the raw aggression of death metal, thrash metal and black metal with a modern, uncompromising approach. Drawing inspiration from the extreme metal traditions of the 1980s and 1990s, the band creates an intense and unpredictable sound that refuses to be confined by conventional genre boundaries.
The band's musical identity is built around aggressive guitar riffs, powerful drumming, harsh vocals and a dark, oppressive atmosphere. Their compositions blend old-school brutality with contemporary extreme metal influences, emphasizing intensity, energy and a relentless sonic assault.
Lyrically and conceptually, In This Hell explores the darker aspects of human nature, focusing on primitive instincts, the corruption of morality, the pursuit of power and the destructive forces hidden within the human psyche. These themes form an essential part of the band's identity, complementing their uncompromising musical direction.
In July 2026, In This Hell introduced their forthcoming debut album with the track "There Are No Voices", followed by the music video for "The Sound of Breaking Bones". Both songs offered an early glimpse into the band's aggressive musical approach.
On October 9, 2026, In This Hell released their debut full-length album, Bliss, independently with distribution support from Trollzorn Records. Featuring nine tracks, the album brings together elements of death, thrash and black metal, establishing the band's distinctive approach to extreme music.
With Bliss, In This Hell presents a dark and confrontational musical vision, rooted in the traditions of underground extreme metal while embracing a broader range of contemporary influences.
