"For those who have been following our band and my solo albums through the years, you will know that we have had some great singers in the past like Rhett Forester, Mike Tirelli, and most recently Todd Micheal Hall, and now we are proud to welcome Alex Panza, and we are sure that his voice and his singing style will be very much appreciated by our fans" he adds.

BIOGRAPHY
Jack Starr's BURNING STARR, is an American Power Metal band formed in 1985 by the ex VIRGIN STEELE member and guitar wizard Jack Starr. After doing 4 classic albums in the '80s, the band returned with a new line up feat. Jack Starr (guitar), Ned Meloni (bass guitar, ex JOE LYNN TURNER band, ex DEVIL CHILDE and PHANTOM LORD), Kenny Rhino Earl (drums, ex MANOWAR) and Todd Michael Hall (vocals, also in RIOT V), and released the well received comeback album titled "Defiance" in 2009.
Two years later the band established their position on the market as one of the best US Power Metal acts with their next studio album, titled "Land Of The Dead", which was released by Limb Music - home of bands such as RHAPSODY or HEAVENS GATE - and featured amazing artwork by Ken Kelly, illustrator known from cooperation with bands such as KISS and RAINBOW.
Fans of the genre welcomed Jack Starr, his band BURNING STARR and his other projects with open arms: classic BURNING STARR albums are reissued one by one due to huge demand, the legendary Jack Starr's solo album "Out Of The Darkness" (feat. the late Rhett Forrester of RIOT) came out with new artwork and great bonus tracks, then Italian label Minotauro Records reissued classic albums DEVIL CHILDE and PHANTOM LORD - two Speed Metal acts Jack Starr formed and in which he played in the '80s together with the current BURNING STARR bassist Ned Meloni.
Proof of the growing success of BURNING STARR can be seen in the incredible reaction that the 2014 reissue of Jack Starr and Rhett Forrester's album "Out Of The Darkness received: the album reached the top twenty on Amazon's charts in Germany and Italy.
Their last album "Land Of The Dead" - produced by Bart Gabriel (CRYSTAL VIPER, CIRITH UNGOL, PAGAN ALTAR) received hundreds of positive reviews in both printed and online media around the world, incl. very positive reviews in respected magazines such as Metal Hammer and Rock Hard: some reviewers even said it was one of the best albums of the entire year.
The current Jack Starr's BURNING STARR album, which has been produced by Bart Gabriel and recorded and mixed by Kevin Burnes, is entitled "Stand Your Ground", and is scheduled for the release in the Summer of 2017.
