Royal Thunder‘s critically praised Spinefarm Records debut WICK is out now. To celebrate the release of the watershed album, the band has revealed the video for ‘Sinking Chair’. Watch it below:
Below is a sampling of what the press has said about WICK:
“Royal Thunder could be the much-needed antidote to the blustery machismo that dominates active-rock radio.” — Rolling Stone
“Big, beautiful, brilliant – that’s enough good reasons to fall in love with this lot.” — Kerrang!
“WICK is their least metallic effort to date—and arguably their best. It sounds as though the Atlanta four-piece has finally found their sound, after years of being pushed and prodded towards what other people thought they should be, and the end result is sublime.” —Noisey
“WICK is an even more staggering reminder of what a seriously special band Royal Thunder are.” — Metal Hammer UK
“This is a tremendous work of art from a band deservingly catapulting to elite status.” — Blabbermouth
“It’s rare to come across a band that can do so much so well.” —Revolver
“Their most emotionally-stirring and finest achievement to date.” — Loudwire
Royal Thunder are currently on tour in support of WICK, opening for Brant Bjork.
