Spanish Prog Metal act The Third Grade unveils hot details about teir new album, direct sequel of their EP released back in 2017. “Of Fire and Ashes Pt.2” will be released in March 20th 2020, artwork design by Joe A. Arca.

This new opus is based on personal experiences and feelings, taken to a poetic and horrifying style, so it turns into a concept album where new musicals territories are explored, taking the band member’s skills to a whole new level.

BIOGRAPHY

The Third Grade is a Progressive Metal band with a very personal vision of music. The outfit combines different influences of Heavy Metal, Symphonic Metal and Progressive with a great harmonic and vocal work that results in the unique sound of The Third Grade.The lyrics, which explore stories and deep feelings, complete the atmosphere that their music creates.

With their participation in different progressive metal national festivals (Chu Fast Prog, 2015; Tótum Revolútum, 2016), The Third Grade makes clear that one of its strengths is the live show, in which the full potential of the band brings out and offers an impeccable performance.

After releasing their latest LP, Deeper Darker (2016), they are currently immersed in the production of the upcoming EP Of fire and ashes, part I; whose sound evolves into a more mature and complex path.
